Futurist IT Solutions has been helping Australian businesses adopt technology more intelligently since our founding. Today, we're launching a completely rebuilt website — one that finally does justice to the quality of work we put in front of clients every day.

Futurist IT Solutions (FITS) is a Tasmanian-owned technology consultancy delivering end-to-end services across AI & automation, software engineering, data & business intelligence, digital marketing, web development, cloud services, and managed IT.

What makes us different is that everything we do is in-house. No outsourced delivery, no hand-offs to subcontractors, no surprises mid-engagement. Strategy through to deployment — under one roof, with one point of accountability.

The previous FITS website was a placeholder — something put up to hold the domain while we focused on client work. It was never representative of who we are or the quality of work we actually deliver. The rebuild was overdue.

The new site is clean, fast, and deliberately designed. Dark backgrounds, precise typography, and a layout that prioritises information over decoration. Every section is intentional: not just describing services, but communicating how we think about them and how we deliver them.

The visual language reflects our positioning — technical, forward-looking, and precise. If you've visited the old site and had any doubt about the level of craft behind our work, the new site should resolve that.

Each discipline now has its own dedicated page — not just a bullet point in a list. Services like digital marketing and AI & automation are covered in depth: what we do, how we approach it, and what you can expect from an engagement. Rather than a static contact form, we've replaced our lead intake with a conversational flow we're calling FITS AI Chat. Instead of asking you to fill out a generic form, it walks through a short sequence of questions — name, contact details, what you're trying to achieve, what services are relevant, and budget context.

This means that when one of our team picks up your enquiry, we already have the information needed to respond meaningfully — no back-and-forth just to establish the basics.

The current implementation is a structured, deterministic flow. It's deliberate and efficient, but we have plans to extend it with a proper LLM backbone — enabling context-aware follow-up questions, smarter service recommendations, and a genuinely adaptive conversation rather than a fixed sequence. That's coming in a future update.
